Mr. Rutherford brings more than 10 years of engineering technician expernece to our team.  He has signifcant experence monitoring fill placement, including proper observation of 100-foot-plus deep fills. He is also ACI certified to test fresh  concrete. James enjoys spending time off-roading in  his specially modified truck, and fixing it afterwards.
